Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — No Refunds

Relisto is a digital software service. All purchases — including credit packs and subscription plans — are for immediate digital delivery and are non-refundable. This is clearly stated at the point of purchase and is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.

2. Free Trial — 20 Credits Included

Every new account receives 20 free credits upon registration so you can fully evaluate the service before making any purchase. We encourage all users to use their free credits to test the platform before buying.

Because a meaningful free trial is provided, we do not offer refunds after a paid purchase has been made.

3. Unused Credits

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a verified technical error on our side that prevented you from using the service entirely. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@relisto.ai with your account email and a description of the issue.

5. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
