• Shopify store data: your store domain and access token to connect your store and push products.
• Usage data: batches you create, products processed, credits used.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details.

• To provide and operate the Relisto service.
• To process AI product listing requests on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing notifications).
• To improve our platform and fix issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Relisto (e.g. Shopify API, OpenAI for AI content, Stripe for billing, and our cloud infrastructure provider).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and batch data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@relisto.ai.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session token). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
